- Log in to the Xfinity Home app with the email address you used to set up Xfinity Home.
- Select More.
- Select Settings.
- Select Contacts.
- Click the pencil icon to view and validate that the alerts are being sent to the correct email address.
- Check your junk/spam email folder.
No text notifications
- Log in to the Xfinity Home app with the email address you used to set up Xfinity Home.
- Select More.
- Select Settings.
- Select Contacts.
- Click the pencil icon to view and validate that the alerts are being sent to the correct cell phone number.
- If you're still experiencing issues, you may need to contact your cellular data service provider.
