Follow the below steps to purchase Xfinity’s latest NOW prepaid products, including NOW Internet, Mobile, and NOW TV & Streaming.
Purchase NOW products
If you’d like to purchase NOW products, please follow the steps below:
- Go to xfinity.com/now to shop the NOW prepaid products that fit your needs:
- NOW Internet: Choose your NOW Internet speed (200 Mbps or 100 Mbps) and select Add to Cart.
- NOW Mobile: Choose to Shop New Phones or Bring Your own Device.
- See the NOW Mobile purchase options section below for details.
- NOW TV & Streaming: Choose from prepaid streaming products and select Add to Cart.
- Includes NOW TV, NOW TV Latino, NOW StreamSaver™, and Xfinity StreamSaver™.
- Enter your home address to confirm it can be serviced by NOW, then select Check address.
- If your address is:
- Eligible: You can add NOW products to your cart.
- Not eligible for NOW service: You can shop for other Xfinity products by clicking Go to Xfinity.
- Outside locations served by both NOW and Xfinity: You won’t be able to add Xfinity or NOW streaming products at this time.
- If you already have certain Xfinity services, you may not be eligible to mix and match with NOW products.
- You'll see a message that says, “Looks like you’re already an Xfinity customer.”
- You won’t be able to add NOW products at this time.
- If your address is:
- The monthly price for your NOW products will be listed in the Cart summary. Select either:
- Checkout to continue, or
- Keep Shopping to discover other NOW products.
NOW Mobile purchase options
When you purchase NOW Mobile service, you can select between purchasing a new device or bringing your own device. Select which option fits your needs.
New device
If you’re purchasing a new device for NOW Mobile (and not bringing your own device with you for service), follow these steps:
- Choose your device make and model.
- Choose the color and storage capacity on your device. Then, click Continue.
- Next, you’ll need to confirm whether you want to keep your same phone number or if you want a new number.
- To keep your same number, you will need to transfer or “port” your number from your current mobile provider.

- You can also choose any device add-ons here, like Mexico and Canada Unlimited Pass and Personal Hotspot.

- Once finished, select Add to cart.
Bring your own device (BYOD)
If you’re bringing your current device with you for NOW Mobile service, follow these steps:
- To confirm your device is compatible with NOW Mobile, enter your phone’s IMEI number and then select Check compatibility.
- If your device isn’t compatible, you’ll be prompted to try another device or shop for a new one. Click Return to mobile.
- If your device is compatible, you’ll be prompted to confirm whether you want to keep your same phone number or if you want a new number.
- To keep your same number, you will need to transfer or “port” your number from your current mobile provider.

- You can also choose any device add-ons here, like Mexico and Canada Unlimited Pass and Personal Hotspot.
- Once finished, select Add to cart.
- You’ll see your Cart summary, which includes a breakdown of your monthly charges.
- Notes:
- To purchase NOW Mobile, you must have Xfinity Internet or NOW Internet.
- If you aren’t already an Xfinity Internet or NOW Internet customer, you’ll see an error.
- To purchase NOW Internet, select Keep shopping and follow the steps outlined below.
- To purchase Xfinity Internet, proceed to xfinity.com before you return to complete your NOW Mobile order.
- To purchase NOW Mobile, you must have Xfinity Internet or NOW Internet.
- Notes:
- If you’re already a NOW Internet customer or already have NOW Internet in your cart, click Checkout.
Checkout: Create your Xfinity ID
Before completing your purchase, if you’re new to both NOW and Xfinity, you’ll need to set up your Xfinity ID.
- Enter your personal information, review the terms presented, select the checkbox, and then select Create Xfinity ID.
- To verify your phone number, enter the six-digit code sent to your mobile device. Then, select Continue.
- Enter a password for your account following the criteria listed. Then, select Create password.
Checkout: Enter payment method, review order, and submit
- Enter your payment details and date of birth.
- Once payment details are input, review your order and all terms and conditions.
- Check the box to accept them.
- Select Submit order.
- You’ll be taken to a confirmation page to show that your order has been completed.
- You’ll also receive an email confirmation that includes your order details.
- To go to your account homepage, select Go to account.
Manage your account
Make changes to your account
You can also use the NOW portal to make changes to your NOW Mobile, NOW Internet, and NOW TV & Streaming account.
- NOW Mobile: Add another line, upgrade or exchange your device, and more from the NOW portal.
- NOW Internet: Manage your plan and equipment, upgrade or downgrade your speed.
- NOW TV & Streaming: Manage your plan and subscriptions, including NOW TV, NOW TV Latino, NOW StreamSaver™, and Xfinity StreamSaver™.
Update your payment method
If you need to update the payment method on file, follow these steps:
- From the homepage of your NOW Portal, click See details next to Payments.
- Click All payment methods.
- Select Add new card.
- Enter your payment information in the required fields. Then, click Add.
- At this time, to use your new method of payment, you’ll need to pause and unpause your NOW service by temporarily turning off autopay.
- Follow the steps in the next section to turn off autopay.
- Then, turn autopay back on from your NOW portal homepage.
Discontinue automatic payments
Within the NOW Portal, you can pause your services at any time by turning off automatic payments.
To turn off automatic payments:
- Select See details on the NOW home page next to Plans for your NOW Internet, NOW Mobile, or NOW TV & Streaming services
- Select Turn off autopay.
- You’ll be prompted to confirm your choice and will then receive a confirmation message.
Notes:
- If you pause your service by turning off autopay, you’ll receive service through the end of your billing cycle.
- Service will be discontinued and you will not be billed after that date.
- Restart services by turning automatic payments back on in the NOW Portal.
Cancel NOW services
You can cancel your NOW Internet, NOW Mobile, or NOW TV & Streaming subscriptions anytime using the NOW Portal.
You can cancel your services pre-activation (before you activate your NOW Internet or NOW Mobile account) or post-activation. If you cancel your services pre-activation, you may be eligible for a refund.
Note: Refunds are not available for NOW TV & Streaming products.
Cancel services pre-activation
NOW Internet
If you choose to cancel your NOW Internet service before you’ve activated your account, follow these steps:
- Select Cancel service before activation.
- If you want to cancel, select I’d like to cancel my NOW Internet service.
- If you’re experiencing issues with your equipment and would like to troubleshoot, select My equipment is not working properly and we’ll connect you with Xfinity Assistant for help.
- If you’re experiencing issues with your equipment and would like to troubleshoot, select My equipment is not working properly and we’ll connect you with Xfinity Assistant for help.
- Confirm your cancellation by selecting Confirm.
- You’ve now canceled your NOW Internet service.

NOW Mobile
If you choose to cancel your NOW Mobile service before activating your device, you have 14 days to return or exchange your device.
Notes:
- You won’t be eligible for a refund of service or line setup fee.
- You can exchange your device at an Xfinity Retail Store only.
- You can return your device at an Xfinity Retail Store or by chatting with NOW customer support.
Cancel NOW services post-activation
If you choose to cancel your NOW services post-activation, your services will stop immediately and you won’t receive any refund for the remainder of the billing period (this includes the line setup fee for NOW Mobile). Additionally, you won’t be able to restart your services without setting up a new account and obtaining new equipment.
If you wish to stop paying for NOW services, we recommend using the “Turn off autopay” feature described above. You can continue to receive services until the end of the billing cycle, and have the option to easily restart your services.
To cancel services:
- Select Pause or cancel service at the bottom of the Plan page for the service you want to cancel.
- Select Cancel.
- You’ll be prompted to confirm that you’re sure you want to cancel. Select Continue.
- Select a reason(s) for your cancellation. Then, select Cancel service.
- You’ll be reminded of your ability to turn off automatic payments instead of canceling your service.
- If you’re sure you want to cancel your services immediately, select Continue to cancel.
- If not, elect to turn off automatic payments to continue your services until the end of the billing cycle.
- Your service has been canceled. To go back to your account, select Back to account.
