I have Xfinity TV. What happens if I downgrade my TV service to NOW TV Latino?
If you downgrade from Xfinity TV, you’ll lose access to your broadcast TV lineup and will need to return your X1 equipment. However, you can continue watching your NOW TV Latino service on the Xfinity Stream app immediately after downgrading to NOW TV Latino. You can also watch your NOW TV Latino content on a Xumo Stream Box, if you prefer. Please note you need a subscription to Xfinity Internet to be eligible for NOW TV Latino.

Can I watch live TV?
Yes, you can watch over 20 live channels as part of the NOW TV Latino live streaming service. Live sports and other Peacock content require a subscription to Peacock Premium, which is included with NOW TV Latino at no additional cost.
Can I buy or rent movies and TV series?
Yes, purchases and rentals will be available with NOW TV Latino.
Is pay per view (PPV) available on NOW TV Latino?
PPV events and PPV sports packages are not available with NOW TV Latino.
Does NOW TV content count against my internet usage?

If you are billed directly by Peacock or Xfinity, your subscription will automatically be cancelled by Peacock or Xfinity after activation and before your next renewal date. You will not receive any refunds or credits for concurrent or overlapping subscription periods.
What if I already have a Peacock subscription billed by a third party but want to subscribe to NOW TV Latino?
If your Peacock subscription is billed by a third party, such as Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon, etc. (visit your account to confirm), Peacock or Xfinity cannot cancel your existing subscription automatically, and you will continue to be charged until you cancel. What if I already have NOW StreamSaver and want to subscribe to NOW TV Latino?
