Eligibility and equipment requirements
- To be eligible for NOW TV, NOW TV Latino, NOW StreamSaver™, and StreamSaver™ prepaid products, you must subscribe to NOW Internet.
- You can watch NOW TV, NOW StreamSaver™, and NOW TV Latino via the Xfinity Stream app on the web or the following third-party devices:
- Xumo Stream Box (purchased at xumo.com)
- Xumo TV
- Apple or Android mobile device
- FireTV
- Chromecast
- Apple AirPlay
- Roku
- Web
- LG or Samsung Smart TVs, and Apple TV devices are not eligible at this time.
- Rented Xumo Stream Boxes aren't available with prepaid streaming options.
- NOW customers can purchase a device directly from xumo.com for a one-time payment.

How do I activate my StreamSaver™ subscriptions?
Once you purchase your StreamSaver™ offer, you must activate your Netflix, Peacock, and Apple TV+ subscriptions. You’ll receive an email with a link to our Subscription Hub, where you can easily activate and manage each of your streaming subscriptions. You can also visit xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions. Can I pause my prepaid streaming service?
Yes, you can pause your prepaid streaming service for up to 180 days. If you don’t restart your service during this time, it’ll be removed from your account, and you’ll need to re-add and reactivate the service.
I already have both NOW Internet and NOW Mobile. Can I pause these services and keep using my prepaid streaming?
Yes, pausing your NOW Internet or Mobile service doesn't impact your streaming service.
What happens if I cancel my prepaid NOW streaming option in the middle of my bill cycle?
You can continue watching your NOW streaming service for the remainder of your bill cycle. Once the bill cycle ends, access to the streaming service will end and you’ll need to resubscribe.
What happens if I cancel my NOW Internet service or upgrade to Xfinity Internet — Will I lose NOW TV?
Yes, NOW Internet is required to have NOW TV prepaid.
- If you cancel your NOW Internet service, your NOW TV subscription will also be canceled.
- If you upgrade to Xfinity Internet, you’ll need to subscribe to NOW TV postpaid.
Please note: NOW TV prepaid will continue to work until the end of your monthly billing period.
I’m an existing NOW Internet customer, and I want to add a streaming service in the middle of my bill cycle. How does this work?
In this case, you’ll be billed for the service at that time, with no impact on your existing NOW Internet (or NOW Mobile) billing timing. For example:
- You already prepay for NOW Internet and NOW Mobile and have automatic payments set up for the first of each month.
- You add streaming on the 15th of the month in the middle of that billing cycle.
- You’ll continue paying for NOW Internet and NOW Mobile on the first of each month, while payments for your streaming service will occur on the 15th of each month.
I subscribed to NOW TV, and now I want to add NOW StreamSaver™ and NOW TV Latino in the middle of my bill cycle. How does this work?
You can upgrade to NOW StreamSaver™ and add NOW TV Latino anytime during your bill cycle. At the time of purchase, you’ll pay the full monthly amount for NOW StreamSaver™ or NOW TV Latino. Once your upgrade is processed, any applicable credit will be returned to your saved payment method for NOW TV. Starting the next bill cycle, your payment will be adjusted to reflect the addition of NOW StreamSaver™ and NOW TV Latino.
If I cancel NOW Internet, will I lose my NOW StreamSaver™ offer?
Yes, you’re required to subscribe to NOW Internet to enjoy NOW StreamSaver™, which includes NOW TV, Apple TV+, Peacock, and Netflix.
I already have Netflix. What happens if I purchase a NOW StreamSaver™ offer?
If you currently have a Netflix subscription, make sure you use the same email address when you activate your StreamSaver™ subscription. This way, your subscription will be automatically transferred over once you activate it. Once you activate your account, you’ll be billed for your previous subscription until the end of that billing cycle. At the start of the new bill cycle, you’ll only be billed for your NOW StreamSaver™ offer.
I want to watch Netflix without ads. Can I do that with NOW StreamSaver™?
Yes, you can upgrade your Netflix plan to a higher tier — you’ll just need to pay the difference. You can change your Netflix plan at any time by signing in to netflix.com/changeplan to view and select available plans.
I currently have a subscription to Peacock, Netflix, and/or Apple TV+, billed by a third-party provider. I want to sign up for NOW StreamSaver™. What should I do?
If you already have Peacock or Apple TV+ billed by a third-party provider, you’ll need to cancel your subscription to avoid being double-billed for these services. Please contact the third-party provider directly to manage your subscription.
