Why can’t I access programming included in my TV package on all network websites and apps?
While we’d like to make all content available to you through network streaming apps and websites, we may only do so when we have an agreement with the networks. Whenever we renew our programming agreements with TV networks, we explore the possibility of increasing accessibility through network streaming apps and websites, as well as through On Demand.
Do I need to pay extra to access network websites and apps?
No. Access to network websites and apps is free with your Xfinity TV service.
If your service doesn't include the network you're trying to watch, you'll be notified after signing in. You will not be charged unless you decide to upgrade your service to include that network.
Why isn’t Xfinity listed as a service provider on certain apps that I’m trying to access?
While we’d like to make all content available to you through network streaming apps and websites, we may only do so when we have an agreement with the networks. If we don’t have an agreement with the network, we’re unable to provide you access to their app or website, and, therefore, Xfinity will not appear as a service provider.
Is the online coverage available in HD?
Each network makes the decision whether to provide programs in HD or not. You can check with them individually for more details.

Auto-authentication
How does auto-authentication work?
This service allows you to bypass sign-in whenever you're watching TV on certain network websites and apps from home. If you have both Xfinity Internet and Xfinity TV, we'll match the IP address from your modem with the IP address from which you're accessing content to verify your account automatically. You can just sit back and enjoy the show.
Will auto-authentication work automatically on all network websites and apps?
At this time, only some network websites and apps support auto-authentication. We're always working to enhance your experience and plan to roll this out on more websites and apps soon!
How can I opt out of using auto-authentication?
If you'd like to opt out of using auto-authentication, sign in to your account and select Turn Off under Auto-Authentication. You must be the primary account holder to use this feature.
How is my sign-in and account information protected?
We don't share your Xfinity account or billing information during the sign-in process. For details on how we collect and use information, view our Privacy policy.
