Sign in and refill
- Visit xfinityprepaid.com.
- Click the Refill tab, then Refill My Service.
- Choose the refill option that works best for you.
- Sign in with your Xfinity ID and password.
- Click Refill Now.
- On the Refill Prepaid Service screen, select the amount of days for the refill.
- Click Next.
- Your account status will display on the screen (e.g., Prepaid service has expired).
- Click Refill Now.
- Make a payment to refill your Xfinity Prepaid Internet service using a credit card, debit card, or a Refill PIN.
- Enter your payment information.
- Click Next.
- Review the order page with your payment information and the services you selected. Confirm everything is accurate before continuing.
- Select the Purchase Agreement checkbox for terms and conditions.
- Click Make Refill Payment.
Skip login and buy an Xfinity Prepaid Internet 30-day refill
If you don’t want to log in, you can click Skip Login and Refill Now. You’ll be able to easily buy an Xfinity Prepaid Internet 30-day refill* in three steps, without logging in to your account.
You'll need:
