New and existing Xfinity Prepaid customers have the option to enroll in Auto-Refill payments online.
If you’re a new customer, you can set up your Auto-Refill payments online when you set up your order. For existing customers, you can enroll through your dashboard.

New Prepaid customers
After you set up your Xfinity ID, you’ll be prompted to set up payment and delivery information. To set up Auto-Refill:
- From the Payment & shipping screen, enter:
- First name
- Last name
- Card number
- Expiration Month, Year
- CVV (Security code)
- Check off the Terms and Conditions check box.
- Check off the Enroll in Auto-Refill Now.
- Confirm the Shipping Address.
- Click Next.
- You’ll be brought to the confirmation and Terms of Service screen.
- Review and check to make sure all entered information looks correct.
- Check the Terms and Conditions checkbox to proceed.
- Click the Complete Purchase button.
The first automatic refill payment will happen once the Prepaid service is activated, and is paid automatically approximately one month after activation. It doesn't take place during the pre-activation process.
Existing Prepaid customers
You can set up Auto-Refill on your account online or the Xfinity Prepaid app in one of three ways, through the:
- Account Information tab.
- Select Auto Refill from the drop-down menu.
- Select Auto Refill from the drop-down menu.
- Helpful Links section.
- Click Set up auto refill.
- Click Set up auto refill.
- My Prepaid dashboard.
- Select Enroll in Auto-Refill button.
- Select Enroll in Auto-Refill button.
From these options, you’ll be brought to the Auto-Refill page, where you can fill out and save your payment method.
De-enroll from Auto-Refill
If you decide to de-enroll from Auto-Refill, you can do so in your account by going to Edit Payment Method from either the Account Information tab or the Helpful Links section.
