The Audacy (formerly Radio.com) app is available on Xfinity Flex and Xfinity X1!
Audacy lets you listen to your favorite sports, music, news and talk radio stations for free – anytime, anywhere.
Get the top free radio channel experience by listening to:

To use the Audacy app, you'll need:
- A compatible X1 TV Box (RNG150 and Pace XG1v1 aren’t supported) as part of your TV service or a streaming TV Box with Xfinity Flex service.
- Xfinity Internet service (any level).
Find the Audacy app on your TV Box/streaming TV Box
Find the Audacy app when you:
- Press the Xfinity button on your remote.
- Go to Apps.
- Select Audacy under Music & Audio on Flex or Music & Podcasts on X1.
You can also hold down the Microphone button on your Xfinity Voice Remote and say "Audacy."
Audacy home screen
The Audacy home screen offers a few options along the top: Discover, Search and Settings. There are also tiles for Sports, News & Talk and Music.
Search for a radio station
From the home screen, press the right arrow to go over to Search. You can then:
- Search by Keyword
Use the arrow buttons on your remote to choose the first few characters of the radio station you’d like to listen to. The results will appear on the right, which you can then press the right arrow to choose one. - Search by City
Use the arrow buttons on your remote to view a city’s available radio stations. - Search by Genre
Use the arrow buttons on your remote to go through available radio stations by their genre.
Browse and play a radio station
From the home screen or while searching, press OK when you’re on the station you’d like to play. While you’re listening to a station, you’ll see it playing on the top of your screen.
Exit the Audacy app
To exit the app, press Exit or the Home button.

Why can’t I access the Audacy (formerly Radio.com) app on my X1 TV Box?
If you don’t see Audacy content on your TV Box, please verify that you:
- Have a compatible X1 TV Box (RNG150 and Pace XG1v1 devices aren’t compatible).
- Have Xfinity Internet services (any level).
Are there any X1 TV Boxes that Audacy won't be available on?
Yes, due to technical limitations with some X1 TV Boxes, Audacy won't be available on RNG150 or Pace XG1v1 TV Boxes.
I don’t have Xfinity TV, but I have Xfinity Internet. Can I access the Audacy app?
Yes, but only if you have an Xfinity Flex streaming TV Box too.
Does using Audacy count against my monthly Internet data usage?
Yes, Audacy content is streamed from the Internet, and will count against your monthly data usage.
How do I block access to Audacy on Flex or X1 ?
There are two ways you can set parental controls for the Audacy app:
- Lock TV-MA content under Settings > Parental Controls > TV Rating Locks. Once locked, a Parental Control PIN is required before you can access the app.
- You can block access to the Audacy app using an Application Lock.
