Paired remotes and multiple TV Boxes
Pairing the remote to a TV Box means the remote will control only that box unless it's then paired to a different box. If you have multiple TV Boxes and have paired your remote to one of your TV Boxes, make sure that you're using the remote that's paired to that specific TV Box. See instructions for pairing your Xfinity remote and TV Box.
