Xfinity Internet and Xfinity Voice users can follow these steps to reset their Google Chrome web browser to its default settings.
Reset Google Chrome — Windows
- Click the menu icon (
) next to the address bar.
- Select Settings toward the bottom of the drop-down menu.
- Choose Reset and clean up on the left side of the Settings page.
- Select Restore settings to their original defaults.
- Click the Reset settings button in the pop-up window.

- Click the menu icon (
) to the right of the address bar.
- Click Settings.
- Choose Reset settings on the left side of the screen.
- Click Restore settings to their original defaults.
- Confirm you’d like to reset your settings by clicking Reset settings.
