Return or exchange Xfinity Cameras or Video Doorbells
To initiate a return or exchange, visit an Xfinity Retail Store or branded partner location. Retail associates will be able to review your purchase date and provide a refund or exchange in the store. All returned products must be in like-new condition with no visible damage and be accompanied by a purchase receipt.
Please note, you'll need to return your Xfinity Camera or Video Doorbell within 30 days of the purchase date (if purchased at a retail store) or within 30 days of the shipment date to receive a full refund. Self Protection customers can exchange faulty cameras or video doorbells under the Self Protection Limited Warranty. Xfinity Home customers can exchange faulty cameras or video doorbells under the Xfinity Home Limited Warranty.
