How to upgrade
If you'd like to upgrade your Xfinity Internet-only service to Xfinity TV, you can do so right from your Roku! Here’s how:
- Download the Xfinity Stream app from the Roku Store if you haven’t already.
- Sign into the Xfinity Stream app using your Xfinity ID and password.
- The Getting Started screen shows you the package features and pricing. Highlight Next and then press OK on your remote.
- On the Package Selection screens, you can customize your package by choosing add-ons, like Entertainment and Kids & Family. When ready, highlight Next and then press OK on your remote to continue.
Add on any premium channels you’d like. When ready, highlight Next and then press OK on your remote to continue. - Next, you’ll see a Review & Submit screen. Here you can review your order and order total. Choose Next when you’re satisfied with your order, or Back if you’d like to make changes to your order.
Also on this screen:- Current monthly charges shows what you’re currently paying for.
- Added to your plan shows the services you’re adding to your order.
- New monthly charges shows the new charges and monthly rates that will apply.
- Terms & Conditions
- If your order is successful, you’ll see a “Thank You” message confirming your order was submitted. Note: Your order can take up an hour to process.
