Sling TV on Xfinity Flex and X1 overview

SLING TV is a live streaming TV service that provides more than 800 channels from today's most popular networks across its general market, Latino and international services. SLING TV offers:

• Two general market streaming services: SLING Orange and SLING Blue.
  • Both collectively feature content from Disney/ESPN, Fox, NBC, AMC, A&E, AXS, Discovery, Scripps, Turner, Viacom, NBA TV, NFL Network, NHL Network, GSN, Hallmark, SHOWTIME, STARZ and MGM+.
• A la carte channels and services.
• Pay per view (PPV) events and movies on-demand.
• Free content through Sling Freestream.
• A suite of a la carte and add-on Spanish-language services and packages.

To access the Sling TV app, you’ll need:

• A compatible streaming TV Box with Xfinity Flex service (Xi6 or XiOne), or
• A compatible X1 TV Box (XG1v4 or Xi6) with Xfinity X1 and Xfinity Internet service.

Watch Sling TV on Flex or X1

From the Apps menu, find and select the Sling TV tile. You can also use text or voice search for “Sling TV.” The app will launch on your TV.

Subscribe to Sling TV on Flex or X1

To subscribe to Sling TV on your Flex streaming TV Box or X1 TV Box:

1. From the Flex home screen, go to the Apps row on the Flex home screen and choose View All Apps.
   • From X1, press the xfinity button on your remote and go to Apps.
2. On Flex and X1, you can also hold down the Microphone button on your Xfinity Voice Remote and say "Sling TV."
3. Follow the on-screen steps to subscribe to Sling TV.
   • You’ll be prompted to complete sign-up on a mobile device or web browser instead of your TV Box.

Access your Sling TV subscription on Flex or X1

To access the Sling TV app on Flex, you'll need:

• A compatible streaming TV Box with Xfinity Flex service or a compatible X1 TV Box with Xfinity X1 service
  • If you have a Flex Xi5 streaming TV Box, you'll see a message on your TV that lets you know this device isn’t compatible with Sling.
    • Don't worry – you can order a compatible device straight from your TV or contact us.
  • If you have an incompatible X1 TV Box, you won’t see the app your TV.
    • You can contact us for help.
• Xfinity Internet service (any level)
  
  

If you already have a subscription to Sling TV, you can access it on your Flex streaming TV Box or X1 TV Box!

To sign in:

1. Find and choose the Sling TV tile on your Flex streaming TV Box or X1 TV Box.
2. At the main screen, select Sign In and enter your login information.

Change or cancel your Sling TV subscription

To make changes to or cancel your Sling packages:

1. Visit sling.com.
2. Sign in with the email address you used to sign up for Sling.
3. Go to Account to manage your account.
