Netflix on Xfinity X1, Xumo Stream Box from Xfinity, and Flex

The Netflix app is available on Xfinity X1, Xumo Stream Box, and Xfinity Flex!

To access content on the Netflix app, you’ll need:

• A compatible X1 TV Box (RNG150 and Pace XG1v1 models are not supported), Xumo Stream Box, or a Flex streaming TV Box.
  
  • Xfinity Flex is no longer available for new customers. Xumo Stream Box from Xfinity is the newest streaming device for new Xfinity Internet customers.

• Xfinity Internet (any level of service).
• A Netflix subscription.
  
  • If you don’t have an existing Netflix subscription, you can sign up through your device by following the on-screen prompts.

Watch Netflix

Xfinity X1 or Flex

1. Press the Xfinity button on your remote.
2. Select Apps from the Home screen.
3. Navigate to the Netflix tile and select it.

Note: You can also use a voice command like “Watch Netflix” on your Xfinity Voice Remote (press and hold the microphone button) to instantly get to the app.

Xumo Stream Box

1. Navigate to the Apps row of your Home screen by pressing down on the directional pad of your XR100 remote.
2. Select Apps (View all).
3. Scroll to the Netflix tile and select it with the center of your remote’s directional pad.

Billing

• Through Xfinity: If you sign up for Netflix via the app on your device, the Netflix monthly charge will be added directly to your Comcast bill for your convenience; it’ll be reflected in the Other Service Providers section of your statement.
  
  • Note: Any trial or promotional pricing will appear on your statement during the applicable promotional period. At the end of the trial or promotional period, the charge will reflect then current price of your Netflix subscription.
• Through Netflix: If you’d rather pay Netflix directly, you can sign up for the service at netflix.com.
  • Then, log in to your Netflix account from the Netflix app on your device to begin accessing content.
• Included in an Xfinity package: Alternatively, in some areas, Netflix is also offered as part of Xfinity packages along with premium channels.
  • You’ll see the charge reflected under the Bundled Services or Xfinity Package section of your monthly bill.

• StreamSaver: If you signed up for Xfinity or NOW StreamSaver (which includes access to Netflix), your StreamSaver charges will be billed alongside your Xfinity services.
  • These charges will appear in either the Add ons section or the My Xfinity services section of your bill, depending on which plan you have.
