Did you know you can give others the ability to access your account and take certain actions? As the account holder or Primary user, you can decide who has access to your account and what they can do, including things like paying your bill, adding or canceling Xfinity services, and accessing Xfinity apps.
You can have up to seven users, including yourself, on an account. Account access varies depending on each user’s role. The chart below shows the different roles and what they can do.
