All Xfinity customers can use the Xfinity Stream app. Features and content vary depending on your specific service.
Review the following eligibility requirements before getting started:
- You must have an Apple Vision Pro headset.
- You must be an Xfinity customer.
- You must have an Xfinity ID and password.
If you meet all the requirements above, you can use all your current Xfinity Stream app features and functionalities with the Apple Vision Pro headset.
If you have Xfinity TV service:
- You can watch live TV, DVR recordings, and Xfinity On Demand content on your in-home network.
- The program you want to watch must be on a channel included in your channel lineup.
- E.g., your channel lineup must include Max for you to watch Max programs.
- The program you want to watch must be on a channel included in your channel lineup.
- Pay per view (PPV) events aren’t available in the app.
Streaming limit for multiple devices
Xfinity Stream can only be used on a certain number of devices (phone, tablet, laptop, headset, or TV) at the same time, as follows:
- Five concurrent streams across all account devices if you have Xfinity X1
- Two concurrent streams across all devices if you have Xfinity Instant TV
- One stream across all devices if you have Xfinity On Campus
Activating and using the Xfinity Stream app on the Apple Vision Pro headset
- Download the Xfinity Stream app from the Apple App Store right on your Apple Vision Pro headset.
- Open the Xfinity Stream app and select Sign in.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to log in to your Xfinity account, including any multi-factor authentication steps you may have enabled.
- Note: You may receive a text or a prompt to open the main Xfinity app on a mobile device to verify your login.

When you're in your home and connected to your in-home Xfinity network, streaming video to the Xfinity Stream app is an in-home cable service delivered over Xfinity's managed cable network, not over the internet. It will not count towards your Xfinity Internet monthly data usage. If you watch any TV Go content through Xfinity Stream, that programming is delivered over an internet or mobile connection and will count towards any data usage thresholds that may apply.
