Once you purchase your StreamSaver™ offer, you’ll need to activate your subscriptions for Netflix, Peacock, and Apple TV+ before you can start streaming by following the steps below.
Check your email for activation instructions
You will receive an email with activation instructions where you can easily activate and manage each of your streaming subscriptions:
- Click Activate now from the email you receive or visit xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions.

- Note: If you don’t see your subscriptions listed at xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions, you can activate each subscription separately by using the following links:
- Peacock: xfinity.com/activate-peacock
- Netflix: xfinity.com/activate-netflix
- AppleTV+: xfinity.com/activate-apple
- Enter your Xfinity ID and password, then click Let’s go to sign in to your Xfinity account.
- Click Activate next to the subscription service you want to activate.
- If an activate option doesn’t appear next to the streaming service, your service has already been activated and you’ll just need to sign in to the app to start streaming.
- You’ll receive a confirmation message that you’re leaving Xfinity to activate your subscription.
- Confirm you want to activate, then follow the steps below.
Activate Netflix
If you're new to Netflix
- Enter the email address you’d like to use for your Netflix account, then click Next.
- Create your password for Netflix, then click Next.
- Confirm your Netflix plan. Netflix Standard with ads is included with StreamSaver™.
- You can upgrade to the Netflix Premium or Standard plan and the applicable charge will be added to your Xfinity bill for StreamSaver™.
If you already have Netflix
- Enter the email address associated with your existing Netflix account, then click Next.
- Enter the password associated with your Netflix account.
- If you already have a Netflix Premium or Standard account you can keep your existing plan, and the applicable charge will be added to your Xfinity bill for StreamSaver™.
- If you want to keep Premium or Standard, click Yes, Start Watching.
- If not, click Show Other Plans.
- Select your preferred plan, then click Continue.
- Confirm your plan details are correct.
- If everything looks good, click Accept & Watch Now to begin watching Netflix content.
Notes:
- If you select any plan other than what’s included with StreamSaver™, the corresponding charge will be added to your Xfinity bill.
- You can also upgrade your Netflix plan anytime from your Netflix account by selecting Change Plan next to Plan Details.
Activate Peacock
If you’re new to Peacock
- Enter the email address you’d like to use for your Peacock account and click Continue.
- Create your Peacock password and provide other account details and click Activate.
- Click Start Watching Peacock.
If you already have Peacock
- Enter the email address associated with your Peacock account to get started and click Continue.
- Enter your existing Peacock email address and password and click Sign In & Activate.
- Click Start Watching Peacock.
Note:
- If you’re billed directly by Peacock or Xfinity, your existing subscription will automatically cancel before your next renewal date after you activate.
- If you’re billed by a third party other than Peacock — e.g., Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon, etc. (you may visit your Peacock account to confirm) — Peacock can’t cancel your existing subscription automatically. You’ll be charged for your existing Peacock subscription and StreamSaver™ until you cancel. Cancel your existing Peacock subscription by following these steps.
Upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus
- If you purchased StreamSaver™, you’re not able to upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus (ad-free version) at this time.
- If you purchased NOW StreamSaver™, you can upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus; however, your subscription to Peacock Premium Plus must be purchased at the full retail cost (taxes extra; pricing subject to change).

Activate Apple TV+
If you’re new to Apple TV+
- Enter the email address you’d like to use for your Apple TV+ account.
- Click Continue and follow the on-screen prompts.
- Note: If you’re using an Apple device to activate, you’re not required to sign in with your Apple ID.
If you already have Apple TV+
- Enter your existing email address or Apple ID.
- Click Continue and follow the on-screen prompts.
Watch on your Xfinity TV Box
To watch content included with your StreamSaver™ offer on an Xfinity TV Box, open the Netflix, Peacock, or Apple TV+ app and log in with the same credentials used to activate your subscription. See the below articles for instructions on finding and opening each app:

On which devices can I watch StreamSaver™?
If you signed up for StreamSaver™ with an existing Xfinity TV subscription, you can watch Xfinity StreamSaver™ content through your TV Box.
If you signed up with an existing Xfinity Internet subscription — and don’t have a TV Box like Xumo Stream Box or Flex — you can watch content on any third-party device that is supported by Netflix, Peacock, and Apple TV+.
On which devices can I watch NOW StreamSaver™?
In addition to the top streaming apps, NOW StreamSaver™ includes NOW TV. You can watch NOW TV through the Xfinity Stream app on the following devices at this time: Xumo Stream Box (leased or purchased), Xfinity Flex streaming TV Box, Xumo TV, Apple, or Android mobile device, FireTV, Chromecast, Apple AirPlay, and Roku.
You can also watch through the Xfinity Stream website on your browser at xfinity.com/stream.
Currently, the Xfinity Stream app is not available on Apple TV, LG TV, or Samsung Smart TV. For more on compatible devices, see Xfinity Stream app minimum system requirements.
Can I access my StreamSaver™ offers before my Xfinity or NOW services are installed?
You can’t stream content before your Xfinity Internet or Xfinity TV services are fully installed.
If you signed up for NOW StreamSaver™ with NOW Internet, you can begin streaming content after you’re charged for your subscription. Make sure to activate each of the streaming services to establish a login for each service.
I’m trying to access Subscription Hub from my linked (secondary) Xfinity account, but it won’t work. How can I activate my subscriptions?
We’re aware of an issue preventing some linked (secondary) Xfinity accounts from accessing Subscription Hub. If you have a linked account and need to activate a StreamSaver™ subscription, you can instead go to customer.xfinity.com/activate.
If I cancel Xfinity or NOW Internet or Xfinity TV service, will I lose my StreamSaver™ offer?
Yes, StreamSaver™ requires Xfinity Internet or TV and NOW StreamSaver™ requires NOW Internet or TV. If either service is canceled, you will no longer qualify for the respective StreamSaver™ offer.
When I watch the apps included with my StreamSaver™ offer, does it count against my internet usage?
Yes, these apps are internet-delivered services and will count against any Xfinity data plan, if applicable.
I signed up for StreamSaver™, but I forgot my username or password. How do I find my username or reset my password?
For assistance with your app credentials, you’ll need to contact the applicable third-party app directly: Netflix, Peacock, or Apple TV+.
