Thermostat Won't Pair With Xfinity Home
- Make sure the Thermostat has been configured and tested before you begin pairing.
- Professional installation of Centralite Thermostats is required for Xfinity Home customers.
- Configuration and testing is part of the installation process.
- If you need to reset or reconfigure a Thermostat, contact us to schedule an appointment.
- Make sure that the network indicator icon on the Thermostat is blinking.
- If it's not blinking, reset the Thermostat.
- Try to pair your Thermostat again.
Reset My Thermostat
- Carefully remove the Thermostat cover.
- While pressing the Hold button, press and release the black Reset button at the top-left of the Thermostat.
- When the temperature appears on the screen, release the Hold button.
- Replace the Thermostat cover.
