As an Xfinity Mobile customer, you’ll receive occasional (but important) updates from us about your account including information on your data usage, billing, and order statuses. Keeping your contact information current is the best way to stay in the know.
Update using the Xfinity app
- Open the Xfinity app and select the Account icon in the bottom right corner.
- Select Account settings.
- Select Xfinity ID and security.
- Select the information you’d like to edit.
- Choose Continue once you're done editing.
Update online at xfinitymobile.com
- Go to Settings within your Xfinity Mobile account.
- Choose Edit Contact Information under Xfinity Mobile Account Holder.
- Enter your current phone number and email.
- Select Save.
Note: Updating the email address on your account won’t change your Xfinity Mobile login information. To log in to your Xfinity Mobile account, continue using your Primary Xfinity username and password. If you want to update your account login, you can change your Primary Xfinity username or reset your password.
