To find the Vevo app, you can:
- Say "Vevo app" into your Xfinity Voice Remote.
- Look through the Apps menu in either X1 or Flex.
To access the Vevo app, you’ll need:
- A compatible streaming TV Box with Xfinity Flex service or a compatible X1 TV Box (RNG150 and Pace XG1v1 TV Boxes aren’t compatible) with Xfinity X1 service.

Navigating the Vevo app
Welcome to Vevo
When you open the app for the first time, you'll see a welcome message and messages regarding Vevo’s terms of use and privacy policy.
Vevo home screen
Once you've launched the Vevo app, you'll see the home screen. From here, you can browse videos and playlists or along the top, you have the SEARCH and SETTINGS options.
Search Vevo videos
From the top of the home screen, right arrow to SEARCH and press OK. You'll see a section featuring popular music artists, popular videos and a search bar where you can enter in an artist or music video name.
Individual artists and videos will appear as you enter your search terms. To choose one, use the arrow buttons to hover over your choice and press OK.
Settings menu
From SETTINGS, you can toggle explicit content on or off, get contact information for user support and view privacy and terms of use information.
Play a video
When you choose a video from the home screen, your search results or from a music artist's page, you may or may not see an ad first. Once the ad has finished, you'll see options to:
- Pause or resume
- Fast forward and rewind
- See the time left in the video
- Exit the video player
- View the video credits
Once the video is done playing, if you don't take any action, another video or ad will play automatically.

Why can't I access the Vevo app on my X1 TV Box?
The app isn’t compatible with RNG150 and or Pace XG1v1 TV Boxes. If you have an incompatible TV Box, you’ll receive the following message: “This app is not supported with your current TV Box.”
I don’t have Xfinity TV but I have Xfinity Internet. Can I access the Vevo app?
Yes, but only if you have a compatible Xfinity Flex streaming TV Box.
