Equipment requirements
An Xfinity xFi Gateway is required for all eligible customers to use the Xfinity Video Doorbell.
Notes:
- Xfinity Internet is required, since the doorbell is controlled through the Xfinity app.
- Customers are limited to a maximum of six cameras and/or doorbells.
- If you have bridge mode enabled on your Xfinity xFi Gateway, you won't be able to use:
- Self Protection.
- Cameras.
- Video doorbells.
- Other Xfinity xFi features (i.e., Advanced Security and WiFi Boost Pods).
