You can review your last three months of call and text message details using the Xfinity app or online through your Xfinity Mobile account. This history includes dates, times, and phone numbers for all calls and text messages sent from and received by all lines of service on your account.
Call and text message details older than three months aren't available. We don't store the content of any text messages.
Access call and text message details
Xfinity Mobile account
- Sign in to your Xfinity Mobile account.
- Click the Billing tab.
- Click View Statements in the top right hand corner.
- Click the total bill amount of the bill cycle you wish to review.
- Click Calls or Messages to view the details.
Xfinity app
View both current and past call and text message information using the Xfinity app.
- Download the Xfinity app or open it.
- Sign in to your account using the Primary user’s Xfinity ID and password.
- From the Services tab, select Mobile lines and data usage located within the Mobile services card.
- Once you’re on the Xfinity Mobile landing page, select the phone line that you’d like to view calls and text history from.
- Under the section labeled Call And Text History, select View call and texts history.

You can also view this information through your billing statements:
- Download the Xfinity app or open it.
- Sign in to your account using the Primary user’s Xfinity ID and password.
- Select the Account tab.
- Select the Mobile billing card to display the billing details for your Xfinity Mobile service.
- Choose either Current statement to view your current bill or Statement history to pull previous statements.
