As we continue to evaluate our product offerings and streamline how you manage services with us, we retired the Xfinity Connect app and Voice2Go features on April 20, 2021.
Secondary virtual telephone numbers that were created via Voice2Go may continue to show in the Xfinity Voice portal until they are discontinued at a later date.
Customers won’t be able to answer calls made to virtual numbers, but these calls will be sent to voicemail unless their voicemail is full and call history/logs will still be accessible via the Xfinity Voice portal.
Continue to access email from your mobile device
Rest assured that you can continue to easily access your Comcast email from your mobile device. Here are two options.
- Use the Xfinity Email web portal at connect.xfinity.com. This site is optimized for your mobile device – and you can bookmark it for easy access from your home screen!
- You can also access your email using a third-party email client, like Outlook, Thunderbird or the Mail apps in your iPhone or Android device. These email clients include extra benefits like the ability to add attachments and access your phone contacts.
- You’ll just have to make sure you enable third-party client access within Xfinity Email before getting started. Get step-by-step instructions.
