Learn how you can use the Xfinity Web Remote, a web-based remote that allows someone with no audible voice to use the Voice Remote feature with Xfinity X1 and Xfinity Flex TV Boxes. It meets our customers where they need to be met and allows more independent control of their X1 or Flex device.
The Xfinity Web Remote works with any browser on a computer, tablet, or smart phone. This allows the user to simply type in voice commands after selecting the microphone icon on the screen.
The Xfinity Web Remote is also compatible with screen readers, eye tracking software, and sip and puff (SnP) devices. It will also work as an internet-connected remote for any customer that may want to use it.
Note: This remote is not compatible with Xumo Stream Box from Xfinity.
