Using the Xfinity Stream app, you can download your Xfinity X1 DVR recordings to watch anytime, anyplace - even offline. By looking for the download icon next to a recording, you can tell if it has been downloaded to a mobile device.

When a recorded program has been downloaded to a mobile device, it will be noted with a download icon (green down arrow) in the Recordings menu of your X1 DVR.
If you attempt to play the recording, you’ll receive a message alerting you that the recording must be returned to your DVR before it can be viewed on your TV or downloaded to another mobile device.
On mobile devices, along with the download icon, you’ll see the name of the second mobile device to which the recording is currently downloaded.

While browsing your X1 DVR recordings on a mobile device, you’ll also see the green download icon when a recording has been downloaded to a different device. You’ll also be notified which mobile device currently has the recording downloaded.
