Video error messages are a result of occasional system and account issues. These messages give a simple overview of what might have happened and what is the simplest solution you can do to resolve the issue yourself. - "Something’s not working. Sorry about that. We’ll have this fixed shortly so please try again later. RDK 03033."
Common solutions
- Ensure that you have internet connectivity and are not affected by a system outage.
- Go to xfinity.com/support/status or use the Xfinity app to check for service interruptions.
- All of your cable connections should be tight (if applicable) and make sure that the TV Box is not in a cabinet or behind an object that might obstruct the WiFi signal.
- Power cycle the TV Box by unplugging it for one to two minutes and plugging it back in.
- If you’re unable to power cycle the TV Box, try restarting it by saying “Restart TV Box” into your Xfinity Voice Remote or hold down the power button on your TV Box, if applicable.
