This document provides instructions for solving the "RDK-10003 — This channel isn't included in your package" error.
When this error occurs, you will see the following message:
"This channel isn’t included in your package.
If you'd like to subscribe, you can call us at 1-800-xfinity. Visit comcast.com/channel lineup for a list of channels in your area."
Solution code
Follow the steps provided by the on-screen message. You may also see the Xfinity TV package to which you subscribe by:
- Visiting login.comcast.net/login
- Selecting XFINITY TV.
- Clicking Upgrade Your Channel Lineup
- Clicking View Full Billing Details
