- Ensure all TV connections are tight, if applicable.
- Perform a System Refresh with the following steps:
- Say “Refresh” or “System Refresh” into your Xfinity Voice Remote.
- Wait for the system to complete the refresh.
- Unplug your TV Box for one to two minutes and then plug it back in.
