The Xfinity X1 help menu allows you to troubleshoot issues and learn about your services — all from one convenient location.
You can use the X1 help menu to restart your X1 TV Box, set up your remote control, check for service outages, view your WiFi name and password and more.

Launch the X1 help menu
There are a few different ways to access the help menu on X1. While watching full-screen TV (not using the guide), simply press A on your remote control.
You can also access the X1 help menu using the Xfinity Voice Remote. Simply press and hold the microphone button and say, "Help."
Troubleshoot issues from the X1 help menu
You can resolve issues with your service by navigating to the Tools section of the X1 help menu.
To resolve your most common service issues, you can restart your X1 TV Box or refresh your X1 system by selecting Restart or System Refresh from the list of options.

- Xfinity Assistant: Launch the Xfinity Assistant, an always-on virtual assistant that lets you get personalized, guided help.
- Note: Not available on RNG150 TV Boxes.

- Reset Netflix: Log out of your personal Netflix account and clear your user history when encountering issues.
- Connection Status: Check to see if there are any reported outages in your area.

Manage your account from X1
You can also manage your account on X1 by saying into your Voice Remote, “my account” or “view my bill.”

Use voice commands to get X1 help
You can use the Voice Remote to navigate to common destinations within the X1 help menu. Press and hold the microphone button on your remote control and say one of the following commands:
- "Set up my remote."
- "Manage my settings."
- "View my bill."
- "Pay my bill."
- "What's my Xfinity ID?"
- "Restart my TV."
- "X1 Tips."
