Learn how to pay your bill using the Xfinity My Account app for Xfinity X1.
Make a payment
- Press the xfinity button on your remote.
- Scroll to highlight Apps and press OK.
- Scroll down to the Xfinity row and highlight My Account. Press OK.
- Highlight Account Details and press OK.
- Select Current Bill.
- Highlight Make a Payment and press OK.
- Enter your Apps PIN using the number buttons on your remote.
- A screen will appear confirming Payment Amount, Payment Date, and Payment Method. Select any of these to change the default settings.
- Once you’ve finalized the details, select Submit Payment.
- Highlight Confirm and press OK to finish paying your bill.
- Note: If you entered an amount that's much higher than your normal monthly payment, you'll see an additional confirmation screen. Choose Yes, Pay This Amount to continue or No, Change Payment to enter a new amount.

- It takes up to 20 seconds for your payment to go through. Don't close out of the screen until payment is complete.
- You'll see a payment confirmation message.
