Learn how to automatically forward an email in from the Xfinity Email web portal.

Forward an email

1. Sign in to Xfinity Email using your Xfinity ID and password.
2. Click the Settings icon in the upper-right corner of the page and select Email Settings.
3. On the left menu, under Mail, select Auto Forward.
4. Put a check mark in the Enable email forwarding box.
   • Type the email address where you’d like your email forwarded.
   • If you’d like to keep a copy of the email in your Xfinity Email account, also check the box for Save a copy of forwarded mails.
