This document provides instructions on what to do if you receive the "Something's Not Quite Right; Can't Find the Serial Number" error message when activating your xFi Pods from the xFi mobile app.
Solution code
If you receive this error message during the xFi Pods activation process, contact us so we can troubleshoot.
The xFi mobile app only supports activation for Xfinity xFi Pods. If you are trying to activate Plume Pods, you will need to refer to the Plume App.
