Using the Xfinity app, you can view account information such as your Xfinity ID, notification settings, service address, and more.
View account settings
- Select the Account tab.
- Select Account settings.
- From this tab, you can:
- View your service address or Account Number (tap the eye icon to expand) under Account details.
- Tap Xfinity ID and security or Notification settings to view more information.
View Xfinity ID and security information
From the Account settings tab, tap Xfinity ID and security, where you can:
- View or change your mobile number.
- View or change the primary email address on your account and add or update user roles.
- Change your password.
- Activate two-step verification.
- View recent sign-ins.
View notification preferences
From the Account settings page, tap Notification settings, where you can:
- View your primary email and mobile number contact information.
- Turn email, text and push notifications on or off for:
- Network access: Receive a notification about changes to your WiFi settings that may impact access to your home network.
- Note: Email notifications about network access cannot be turned off.
- Network activity: Receive a notification when a device first joins your network or when a profile is nearing the end of the active time you set for it.
- Network access: Receive a notification about changes to your WiFi settings that may impact access to your home network.
View or change account details
Under Account details, you can:
- View your service address or Account Number. (Tap the eye icon to expand.)
- Change your account nickname.
