Where is the Send button?
The Send button is in the lower left-hand corner the Compose window.
Where did my folders and search go?
Folders can be hidden to save screen space. To hide your folders, click the triangle icon next to My folders.
To hide the folder navigation bar (including the search bar), click Hide Folders at the bottom of the screen.
Why is my inbox or sent message folder missing email?
If you’re missing sent or received emails, you may need to adjust your email protocol settings. If you’re using the POP email protocol, we recommend switching your configuration to IMAP.
How do I turn off Conversation view?
Conversation view shows messages in a threaded format. To turn it off, open the Sort menu and click Conversations. The checkmark will disappear, and your inbox will re-sort. You can re-check this option at any time to turn Conversations view back on.
How do I check my spelling?
While most web browsers will check your spelling as you type, Xfinity Email can also check it all at once.
- While typing a message, press the ABC✔ button on the formatting toolbar. Your misspelled words will be highlighted.
- Click on any underlined words for correction options.
