How do I find and connect to my university WiFi?- Go to xfinityoncampus.com.
- Select your school from the drop-down list.
- Sign in using your university credentials (username and password).
- Go to your Account Settings.
- Under the Profile tab, you’ll find your WiFi information.
- Note: Depending on the university network setup, you may only have a single network name.
- Go to your device’s WiFi settings and select your network name from the list.
- Enter the network password and when prompted and select Connect or Join.
My university credentials (email address and password) don’t allow me to connect to my dorm’s WiFi. Who should I contact?
If your university credentials don’t allow you access to your dorm’s WiFi, reach out to your university’s IT team for assistance.
How do I get support?
If you’re unable to solve your connectivity, speed or service issue, please follow the steps below. You’ll need to be in your campus housing with the device that’s experiencing issues to follow these steps.
- Go to xfinityoncampus.com and sign in.
- Go to the Support tab.
- Select the Live Chat icon.
- From there, you’ll be able to connect to a live chat agent for help. You’ll need:
- Your university email address.
- Your campus housing address.
- Your dorm number (if applicable).
- Your phone number.
