Get started with Xfinity Stream
Sign in from the Xfinity On Campus website
- Go to xfinityoncampus.com.
- Select your school from the drop-down list.
- Sign in using your university credentials (username and password).
- Choose Watch Now and it will take you to tv.xfinity.com.

From a mobile device
- Download and sign in to the Xfinity Stream app.
- Select Xfinity On Campus students sign in here.
- Select your school from the drop-down list.
- Sign in using your university credentials.
- You’ll be sent back to the Xfinity Stream app.

With your streaming TV service from Xfinity, you can take the entertainment you love wherever you go. Stream live TV, watch thousands of shows and movies, and enjoy 20 hours of DVR storage. If you’re unable to solve your issue, please follow the steps below. You’ll need to be in your campus housing with the device that’s experiencing issues to follow these steps.
- Go to xfinityoncampus.com and sign in.
- Go to the Support tab.
- Select the Live Chat icon.
- From there, you’ll be able to connect to a live chat agent for help. You’ll need:
- Your university email address.
- Your campus housing address.
- Your dorm number (if applicable).
- Your phone number.
