How do I upgrade to premium channels and packages?
Follow the steps below to add an additional premium channel to your account:
- Sign in to xfinityoncampus.com.
- Choose the Video Add-ons button in the top right.
- Select the service you would like to add to your account.
- Follow the instructions to check out.
Below are some of the choices you may upgrade to on your account:
- This additional programming is not part of your base university video service but is purchased separately. Upgrade options may vary based on your school.
- To review what channels come in each package, visit xfinityoncampus.com/channels.
- Channels that require a subscription will be marked with a Get Access button.
- All subscription services cost $9.99/month and are billed on a no contract, month-to-month cycle. The billing cycle begins on the day the service is added.
- If purchasing more than one subscription, both will be synced and aligned to bill on the same day together.
- All subscription services will be billed directly to you through a credit card.
- Payment for subscription services will be your sole responsibility, not the school’s.

Is NOW TV included with my Xfinity On Campus service?
NOW TV is not included with your service.
How do I get NOW TV with Peacock Premium?
NOW TV isn’t available with your Xfinity On Campus service. However, you can subscribe to Peacock Premium peacocktv.com.
When am I billed for premium subscriptions?
Xfinity On Campus premium subscriptions are billed monthly and will charge your credit card every month on the date you signed up. They require no contract and can be canceled at any time. You control how many months you want an upgraded channel or package. You’ll receive an email alert a few days prior to your monthly renewal date to let you know your credit card will be charged again.
- If you would like to know your next billing date, current subscriptions or credit card information, you can log in to Xfinity On Campus and view your billing information in the Account page.
- You will only be billed if you sign up for a subscription service.
How do I get support?
If you’re unable to solve your connectivity, speed or service issue, please follow the steps below. You’ll need to be in your campus housing with the device that’s experiencing issues to follow these steps.
- Go to xfinityoncampus.com and sign in.
- Go to the Support tab.
- Select the Live Chat icon. From there, you’ll be able to connect to a live chat agent for help. You’ll need your:
- University email address.
- Campus housing address.
- Dorm number (if applicable).
- Phone number.
