Learn how to view your account information or make a payment using the Xfinity Prepaid app for Apple and Android devices.

Before you begin, download the Xfinity Prepaid app:

• Apple devices: Go to the App Store on your device and search “Xfinity Prepaid”
• Android devices: Go to the Google Play Store

View your account information or make a payment

1. Tap on the Xfinity Prepaid app.
   
   
   
2. Sign in to the app with your phone number and security PIN number.
   • Note: If you haven’t created a security PIN number, you’ll be prompted to create an eight digit code.
     
     
     
3. You’ll see your account status on the Summary dashboard. You can make a payment to refill with a credit/debit card or with a refill PIN.
   • Note: The refill PIN can be found on the back of an Xfinity Prepaid card or on your receipt.
     
     
     
   • You can also get additional account information like Enroll in AutoRefill, Manage Payments, Payment History, Activate Service, or get Support.
