How can I sign up?
Visit referafriend.xfinity.com and follow the steps to enroll. Make sure to have your Xfinity log-in credentials handy. You’ll be required to review and accept the program terms and conditions.
How do I refer someone?
Thank you for your referral! Once you enroll in the Refer-a-Friend program, you can invite your friends to join Xfinity with a share link that’s unique to you. Once they shop for Xfinity services using the share link you provided and meet the necessary program criteria, you’ll both be rewarded. It’s that easy!
Who can I refer to earn a Refer-a-Friend reward?
Xfinity encourages you to invite your friends and family who live in areas where Xfinity services are available. You can find where Xfinity is available at xfinity.com/planbuilder.
What services qualify for a Refer-a-Friend reward?
Xfinity Internet and Xfinity Mobile. You can always check to see what services qualify on your Refer-a-Friend dashboard.
Can I refer myself to earn a Refer-a-Friend reward?
No. While you can always add Xfinity services, you cannot receive Refer-a-Friend rewards for purchasing additional services for yourself.
Can I refer a friend who already has Xfinity Internet?
Yes, you can refer a friend who already has Xfinity Internet if they add Xfinity Mobile service using your unique shared link. Once Xfinity Mobile is added and you both meet the required program criteria, you’ll both be rewarded.
What type of rewards can I earn?

Can I combine the Refer-a-Friend reward with other Xfinity offers?
Yes, the Refer-a-Friend reward can be combined with other Xfinity offers and promotions! As long as your friend meets the requirements for the Refer-a-Friend program and activates an eligible service, you’ll both qualify for a reward, even if they’re taking advantage of additional promotions.
How do I know if my friend used my shared unique link to shop eligible Xfinity services?
You’ll receive an email confirming that your friend took advantage of your invitation, including next steps to receive your reward. It may take up to 14 days for your email to arrive. And remember, you can visit your Refer-a-Friend dashboard to see the latest status and activity of your referrals.
When will I receive my reward?
After the purchase is completed, both you and your friend will receive an email with details on how to claim your reward. It may take up to 14 days for this email to arrive. After you and your friend meet the eligibility requirements and remain in good standing for 90 days, you’ll receive another email in four to six weeks with your reward. Your reward will be sent from “yourcard@xfinityincentivetracker.com” (make sure to check your junk folder). You can track the status of your reward by visiting xfinityincentivetracker.com. It may take up to 14 days for the status to appear.
What does it mean to be in good standing?
To be considered in good standing, your Xfinity account can't have an unpaid balance or be temporarily disconnected and your internet and/or mobile services must remain active.
How can I track the status of my Refer-a-Friend reward?
You can track the status of your reward by visiting xfinityincentivetracker.com and enter your account number. Please note, it may take up to 14 days for your reward status to appear.
