What is the Xfinity Rewards program?
Xfinity Rewards is a program just for Xfinity customers. It's free to join! You must be at least 18 years old and be the primary user on a current Xfinity account in good standing. The longer you’re with us, the more you get!
Visit the Xfinity app or Xfinity Rewards to view examples of the perks that are available to Rewards members, including movie nights, early access to games, Xfinity product discounts, sweepstakes entries, and more.
How do I join Xfinity Rewards? Does it cost anything to join?
Xfinity Rewards is free. You can join the program through the Xfinity app or your Xfinity X1 TV Box, or by visiting Xfinity Rewards and clicking Join Now.
Who is eligible to join Xfinity Rewards?
You must be at least 18 years old and be the Primary user on a current Xfinity TV, Internet, Home, or Voice account in good standing.

I’m trying to join Xfinity Rewards, but I don’t have access to the Xfinity app. Can I still join?
If you don’t have access to the Xfinity app, you can still join Xfinity Rewards:
- Online with your Xfinity ID and password.
- Through your X1 TV Box.
I received a message saying I wasn’t eligible to join Xfinity Rewards. What does that mean?
There are few reasons you may have received this message:
- Only Primary Xfinity IDs are eligible to join Xfinity Rewards.
- If you’re trying to join using a non-primary Xfinity ID, you’ll receive this message.
- Not all account types are eligible for rewards.
- If you’re trying to join using the primary Xfinity ID and still receive this message, it could be because your account isn’t eligible.
- If you’re trying to join using the primary Xfinity ID and still receive this message, it could be because your account isn’t eligible.
Can I have multiple Xfinity Rewards accounts?
You're only eligible to sign up for one Xfinity Rewards account. If you have multiple accounts with Xfinity, we’ll use your longest-tenured account to determine your tier status. You’ll use that account to view and redeem your rewards.
How do I unenroll from Xfinity Rewards?
- Open your account menu and click Account and Identity.
- Under Account and Identity, look for the Xfinity Rewards section and click Membership.
- Click Leave Xfinity Rewards.
- Confirm you want to Leave Now.
Tier and tenure
Where can I view my loyalty tier status?
Visit the Xfinity app or customer.xfinity.com/rewards to view your tier status and eligible rewards.
How is my loyalty tier status determined? What if I think I'm in a different tier?
Your Xfinity Rewards tier status is determined based on how long you’ve had continual service with us. We use your service activation date to determine your status. If you’ve left Xfinity for 90 days or more, your status will be based on your most recent service activation date.

How can I level up?
Xfinity Rewards tiers are determined by tenure. You’ll be Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond based on how long you’ve been a customer. Simply keep your accounts with Xfinity active and your tier will change as your tenure increases.

What happens to my Xfinity Rewards tier status if I move?
Your Xfinity Rewards tier status will not be impacted by your move. Simply make sure you reactivate service within 90 days to keep your current Xfinity Rewards tier status.

What types of rewards can I expect by joining Xfinity Rewards?
Xfinity Rewards will offer customers a mix of special perks, unique experiences and product benefits. This includes $1 movie rentals, digital codes to sites, like the NBC Store, Fandango, or Shop by Bravo, tickets to local sporting events, and more!
How often are rewards posted?
New rewards are posted regularly in the Xfinity Rewards portal, with more rewards for customers who’ve been with us the longest. You can access this portal only through your account or by downloading the Xfinity app.
How many rewards can I get at once?
You can redeem as many rewards as you’d like. Enjoy as many special perks and experiences you’d like just for being a customer.
Do rewards expire?
Yes, rewards do expire. Rewards start as soon as you join and have varying expiration dates. Visit the Xfinity app or customer.xfinity.com/rewards and navigate to My Activity for expiration details.
How do I view or redeem my Xfinity Rewards?
Viewing and redeeming your rewards is easy! Visit the Xfinity app or xfinity.com/rewards and sign in to your Xfinity account. You can then redeem eligible rewards, view your redemption history and more.
Can I return or exchange an unused reward?
No, rewards can't be exchanged or returned.
What happens to my rewards if I cancel my services?
Redeemed rewards remain yours to keep! Your Xfinity Rewards account will remain active for 90 days in case you change your mind. After 90 days, your loyalty tier will reset to zero.
Can I transfer my Xfinity Rewards to a different person or account?
Xfinity Rewards is limited to one (1) account per customer or household and can't be transferred. If you have multiple accounts, the account with the customer’s longest tenure shall be deemed to be the program account, but members may apply Rewards to the other accounts.
In the event of the death of an account holder, a spouse or family member may take the account over. The rewards will remain with the account in that instance.
How do I know if I won a sweepstakes through Xfinity Rewards?
If you enter and win an Xfinity Rewards sweepstakes, you receive a congratulatory email from support@xfinityrewardswinners.com or xfinityrewards@gmrmarketing.com with steps to accept your prize within 48 hours of receipt. If you don’t respond to the email, you may also receive a call from our partner, GMR Marketing.
How do the digital codes work?
Through Xfinity Rewards, members can get special digital codes for merchandise, subscriptions, movie tickets, books, e-gift cards, and more.
After you redeem the digital code through Xfinity Rewards, you should:
- Go to the partner website.
- Apply the digital code we provided and continue through checkout.
- These codes will only be shared within the Xfinity Rewards platform and will never be provided through surveys or on social media platforms.
How do I use a Fandango Reward?
Fandango is a movie ticketing service where film tickets can be purchased ahead of time. Xfinity Rewards offers digital codes that can be used for select movie ticket purchases on Fandango. After redeeming the reward through Xfinity Rewards, the code must be applied on the Fandango website during checkout before the use by date provided.
- There are two types of Fandango Rewards digital codes: two free tickets or buy one get one free (BOGO).
For both types, the offer can only be used for the same showtime for the same movie and as part of one purchase. Fandango Rewards can only be applied to movies featured as part of the Xfinity Rewards program. They can be redeemed on the Fandango app or website during checkout for an eligible movie.
To view Fandango digital codes you’ve redeemed, go to My Activity within Xfinity Rewards and click the Fandango ticket reward.
