When this error occurs, you will see the following message:
- "We're sorry, but this content is not playable on this device"
This is an Android device-only error that indicates that the device you are trying to use is currently incompatible with our Adobe Player. The Xfinity Stream app is not supported on iCraig or Nextbook Android devices.
