If you want to use Xfinity X1 or Xfinity Flex , you'll need to make a payment to restore your service. You can do so using your account or by contacting us. If you think you’re seeing this message in error, restart your TV Box/Flex streaming TV Box
X1 TV Boxes with a power button:
- Press and hold the power button on the front of your TV Box for two seconds.
- Release the button and wait two additional seconds.
- Press the power button once more to turn your TV Box back on. Your service should come back on within a few minutes.
For X1 TV Boxes and Flex Streaming TV Boxes without a power button:
- Unplug the TV Box for 10 seconds.
- Plug the TV Box back in.
- You can also restart your TV Box from your account.
