The 3321 error code may occur while watching content on the Xfinity Stream portal using Google Chrome.
To resolve this issue, please try one of the following options:
Within the Adobe Flash Player
- Go to the Flash Player Help page and make sure you have the Protected Content Playback Settings panel selected.
- Click on the Reset License Files button.
- Click on the Confirm button to reset the license files.
Within Google Chrome
- Click Settings.
- Click Show advanced settings.
- Click Privacy, then click Clear browsing data.
- Check Content licenses box.
- Click Clear browsing data.
