Where can I find my Comcast account number?

Find your Comcast account number online or in the Xfinity app.

Find your account number online

To find your account number, simply sign in to Account and Identity on xfinity.com and your account number will appear under Account Details.

Notes: 

• Only Primary and Manager user profiles can view the full account number.
• You will not be able to view your Xfinity Mobile account number on this page.
  • To see your Xfinity Mobile account number, please view your most recent billing statement or follow the steps in the Find your Xfinity Mobile account number in the Xfinity app section below.

Find your account number in the Xfinity app

1. Sign in to the Xfinity app with your username and password.
2. Navigate to the Account tab.
3. Under your name, select Account settings.
   
   
   
4. Your account number can be seen under the Account details section.

Note: You may need to tap the eyeball icon to reveal the entire number.

Find your Xfinity Mobile account number in the Xfinity app

1. Sign in to the Xfinity app with your username and password.
2. In the Overview tab, select the Xfinity Mobile billing tile.
   
   
   
3. On the following screen, select Current Statement to view your most recent statement.
   
   
   
4. In the Settings tab, under Xfinity Mobile Account Holder, you can view your Xfinity Mobile account number.
