This article describes how to delete one or multiple recorded programs on a non-Xfinity X1 TV Box.
Delete a single recording
- Using your Xfinity remote, press Menu or the DVR button. Select My Recordings from the on-screen menu and press OK.
- Using the up and down arrow keys on your remote, select the desired recording and press OK.
- Using the left or right arrow keys, highlight the X icon and press OK.
- You'll be asked to confirm that you want to delete the recording. Highlight the X icon and press OK to delete.
Delete multiple recordings at once
- Using your Xfinity remote, press Menu or the DVR button. Select Manage My DVR from the on-screen menu and press OK.
- Highlight DVR Clean Up and press OK.
- Using the up and down arrow keys, highlight and press OK on any recording you want to delete. A checkmark will display for each one selected.
- Highlight Delete and press OK. To confirm that you want to delete the selected recordings, highlight the X icon and press OK.
