- Check that the people you want contacted during an emergency are listed in the Emergency Verification Contacts and Emergency Dispatch Contacts sections and that their phone numbers are correct.
- Verification Contacts are contacted by the central monitoring station in order to verify an emergency when an alarm is triggered. These contacts can help reduce dispatches of the police if they can provide the central station passcode for false alarm events.
- Dispatch Contacts are notified of an emergency event and that police are on the way after an emergency has been verified.
