Resetting your Master Keypad Code
- From the Home screen, tap the gear icon in the upper-right corner, tap Security, then tap Forgot Keypad Code?
- You can also start the reset process by entering the wrong code once in the Arming screen. The Forgot Keypad Code? link will appear.

- In order to verify your identity, a security code will be sent to a mobile phone number or an email address. Tap the number or email address where you want to receive the code, then tap Request a Security Code.
Did You Know? You can change the Emergency Verification Contact phone numbers or email addresses through the Xfinity Home app. - Enter the security code using the keypad. The security code remains valid for five minutes. If it times out, you'll need to start over.
- Enter a new four-digit Master Keypad Code using the keypad.
- Enter the same four-digit code again.
- You're done! Tap OK. Your Master Keypad Code has now been reset and is ready for use.
