- If you've had a low battery warning recently, replace the batteries in your Thermostat.
- Reset the Thermostat.

Replace all four batteries in your Thermostat.
My thermostat shows a different temperature than the touchscreen, subscriber portal, or mobile app
If the temperature shown on your physical Thermostat is not in sync with your remote devices, you will need to reset the Thermostat. For instructions, see I Need to Reset My Thermostat.

Resetting the Thermostat will not affect the programs or rules that you created.
- Confirm your Thermostat is in Simple mode. Learn more about how to use the RTCOA CT30S thermostat with Xfinity Home.
- If the Thermostat is in Complex mode during the reset, any programming you’ve entered will be lost.
- Press and release the small black Reset button under the Thermostat’s top cover panel.
