Each Xfinity Voice account has a single Security PIN that protects access to Voice features online or over the phone. For further protection, we also ask that you set up a security question and answer.
Follow the steps below to set up or change your Voice PIN security question and answer on xfinity.com.
Change the security question and answer on xfinity.com
- Sign in to Account and Identity on xfinity.com.
- Click Xfinity ID and Security under Your Information.
- Scroll to Service Access and click Home Phone Security PIN.
- On the next page, click Change Secret Question.
- On the next page, select a security question from the options in the drop-down menu, enter the answer and click Save.
- A message pops up to confirm your security question has been updated!
