FAQs
Can I use a non-Xfinity email address to log in to Xfinity apps and websites?
Yes, you can use your personal email address and/or mobile telephone number to log in to all Xfinity apps and websites. You'll need to add it to your profile first in your account and respond to the verification message. Until you verify, you can't use it to log in to Xfinity applications.
What's the difference between my primary Xfinity ID and my preferred email address?
Currently, your primary Xfinity ID is your xfinity.com ID/email address. Your preferred email address is the email address you designated as your preferred one from the Settings tab in your account (or when you originally created your Xfinity ID and password). For example, your preferred email address could be your Gmail address.
Why do I need to create an Xfinity ID and password?
